Carol AWhen I got the car hauler and went to load a car I had to tow one of the straps on the passenger side side was broke and u can tell it has been broke for a while. I had to wait to tow the car till the next day so I could get my own straps that would hold the car on the trailer took a picture of the broken strap sent it to the person that is running the U-Haul place where I got it and he claims that he checks the trailers every single time they come in when both times I was there to pick it up and drop it off. He was never at the office. There’s always a note on the door saying life‘s too short or some crap so just call him or text him and now I had to rent it a second night that I couldn’t afford because the strap being broke and he didn’t wanna listen and believe me even though I sent him proof so I think I should get that second day free.
