My original pickup location was the Hobby store just outside Chocowinity on Highway 33. We arrived early and waited until about 15 minutes past the pickup time. Nobody was present from the store. I called Uhaul and found out that the truck meant to be picked up by me hadn't been prepared for pick up. Not UHaul's fault but never use that location, if you need a Uhaul in Beaufort County please go to one of the Washington locations.

Alice M.Twice in the past 2 years I have reserved U-Haul equipment in advance and twice the unit reserved was not available. The first time I had to drive well over 2 hours round trip to secure equipment that was reserved. This time was a little easier and close however, again I was left to scramble to find equipment that was reserved days before.
