John was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get the key to my truck rental and was able to leave and be on my way in order to help my daughter move out of her apartment. John at Carolina Coin Laundry is an excellent representative for U-haul and his customer service was outstanding, which I didn't really receive from some of the customer svc reps on the phone when I tried for assistance.

Phone was almost dead because there’s no charging station in your trucks and was told i had to download app and do all the pictures etc. location was scary and am grateful I was dropping off during the day
