The staff was excellent. Got in and out of there quickly. The truck served it's purpose but there was hot air blowing directly on my right foot. I suspect that it was a gap in the engine cover because I only felt it while moving. The temperature outside was 90 degrees and the hot air from the engine made it worse. It was a short trip...no harm.David D.

You are communications challenged. You advertise you are open on Sunday both in your voicemail and on you hours sign. When I arrived the office was closed there was a sign that said that you were closed but not what to do. You might consider that this action does nothing but annoy customers. How about a sign that says "we are closed. If you are returning a vehicle please follow the following instructions and your receipt will be emailed/mailed to you." It would fill in the gapes and you might retain customers. The attitued at present is we don't have the people to run the office so we are closed - tough. Not a great way to keep customers.TARZAN D.

When I checked the trailer at night. I saw that the License plate light was not working. The wire was completely broken off. Also, noticed halfway to destination that one of the right tires had a chip in the tread all the way to pressure ply of the tire, that could have easily caused a blowout.MICHAEL B.
Truck check engine light came on as I was returning it. It was having some difficulty accelerating on hills. Also could feel the trailer brake engaging but not disengaging. Service was good, but connectability to check in online and do walk around was spotty and time consuming.DAVID F.

We originally wanted to rent a uhaul for 7 days. On the website the max time we could rent was 24hours. When I spoke with the first uhaul rep on the phone, she told me the next day the uhaul needed to be returned by 8am. I called uhaul customer service back and got a lady on the phone who was less than pleasant. I told her we originally wanted to rent a uhaul for 7 days, which her reply made me feel like I was an idiot for even thinking to do something like that. I told her ok thank you that was all I needed and we hung up the phone. In the mean time, my husband and I rented a storage unit. When we arrived to pick up the uhaul we were treated terribly and lectured that we better return the uhaul or we'd be reported as stealing the uhaul. The man was not nice and was acting like WE had done something wrong, and kept telling us we better not take the uhaul??? We then were only allowed to have the uhaul until 11pm the same day, when originally it was 8am the next day. We were told if it was a minute late, he'd call the police to report the uhaul stolen? For one, we aren't thiefs. Seconds, I simply asked the customer service rep on the phone if I could rent it for 7 days. When she said no, we made other arrangements. It was THAT simple. If you go back and listen to our phone call which I highly advice you to do, I never once made it seem like we'd keep the uhaul. I didn't fight with her or make it seem like we would keep the uhaul. I was kind and hung up to hurry and make new plans. We were COMPLETELY belittled by your company, and treated like BAD people simply for asking if we could rent a uhaul for a week. Secondly, BOTH of your employees lacked any type of customer service skills. Absolutely no excuse for your employees actions. We need a uhaul now on May 7 and because of this experience we will take our business elsewhere.Taylor V.
The clerk/associate had left a note on the door â€œOut to lunch, be back at 3:00 pm.â€ When I arrived there was already a customer waiting. The clerk/associate did not return until 3:33 pm. My scheduled pickup was at 3:30 pm. The clerk smelled of marijuana and the truck I was given had not been swept out. The store needs to be staffed by someone more professional.JASONLEON L.
One the lady i dealt with one was rude and made me wait a half hour to get my truck and then she didnt give me the dollie i rented and was promoting weed she smelt like it and was wearing a shirt with weed on it and was more worried about hangin outside with some guy that was not a customer and gave me the wrong info on returning the truck which made my bill way to high for a 5 mile drive she was the problemSTEPHENEDWARD P.
They charged me for a dolly I didn't rent, didn't give me a mileage credit when they said they would initially. When I called to ask about the discrepancies, the lady said let me pull up your invoice and call you right back. That was 9 days ago. Wow!!Paul S.

The breaks were sooooooo bad on this vehicle. No fault of the locations, because they're great. But the truck was almost too dangerous to drive with the current condition of the breaks. We've been renting 26' trucks for years from this location.STASIALEIGH L.

We had to sweep out the back of the truck before we loaded. Truck should be fully fueled upon pick up. Our truck's fuel was slightly below 3/4 full.BRIAN M.
They charged me $13 for dropping off they key because I couldn't access the internet. Then they charged me twice on my bank account for the rental and I had to wait 7 days to get it back. They caused me to have over draft fees. Don't deal with this company!JAMESGOOSE G.
