Not sure why, but the rental didn’t go through properly in UHaul’s system, so they kept calling me after I picked it up, cancelling the rental as a duplicate reservation, and yet I had the trailer, so not sure what was up with that. Please fix your system so that the rental records properly.

Keith SQuick, easy, no problems. I would just recommend giving the renter/driver verbal instructions and reminders about the best way to operate the large truck, and explain the loaded/unloaded button. I received all of that by email but didn't see it until after I had already driven.
