The mobile app is horrible with instructions on how to pick up the rental was no help at all. I believe having someone at the the pickup location to help you with signing in on the app would be very appreciated. If it wasn't for customers dropping off their U-haul rental trucks and helping me with the mobile app, I would have had to cancel the reservation and that would have messed up my weekend in moving furniture to my son's house.

The rentals before left dirty in the back of the truck so I had to clean it so my products didn’t get filthy before using. But overall I was satisfied with 24/7 service

Crystal CWhen I arrive the app was glitching so I had to call support to help. Then when I went to open then box for my keys, they keys weren’t in the box so I wasn’t able to use the truck I had reserved. I will say the woman on the phone who helped me get another key was super helpful. However, the key not being in the box and the app not working cause a major delay in my move and was very inconvenient and it was uncomfortable to wait in the sun waiting for my issue to be resolved.
