Nathan I.USE PODS. AVOID UHAUL AT ALL COST. The Atlas return location claimed to be open until noon on Saturday but no one was there to accept the return at 11:45 when we arrived. And, the Uhaul online return program would not work even on two different phones after we followed all directions. When I tried calling uhaul for assistance, we were told we would be on hold for 15 minutes or someone would call me back. I left a message and no one ever called back. I have also emailed and no one responds. Worse yet, the truck was returned before the contract deadline to a location that was “supposed†to be open and I WAS CHARGED ANOTHER $20 AFTER HOURS FEE. If it's supposed to be open AND 24/7 return, how the heck can it be “after hours�?? I have been trying for two days to speak with someone/anyone at uhaul to rectify this and no one ever answers or seems to be able to help. NEVER EVER again. I will use PODS any time I need to move or store. Worst experience ever.

Especially, since I had to clean the vehicle and come back to clean it again since I left something unknowingly. I disappointed because I have used yall foe the last 13 years. I never have been treated this way. Is this company going down now.
Ciara D.I was charged an extra 50 dollars with no explanation and no notification, upon trying to call they never picked up the phone. I returned the truck above a quarter tank so there's no 30 dollar fee, and used probably about ten dollars worth of gas. The truck was returned before 7 at 6:40 and parked out of the way legally parked. I'm never using U-Haul again, this is very scammy.

As a result of this, I've used UHaul in the past quite often but THIS UHaul owner, Shanna, was by far THE most pleasant and went out of her way to accommodate to make the trip as seamless as possible.
