Truck was not checked in, so took a while and multiple phone calls to figure out how to check it out to me. Truck was drivable, but ran and handled very rough. Location was roughly 30 minutes from the location where I placed the reservation making us drive quite a ways out of the way to pick up the truck. Truck was larger than reserved.

The app had a glitch. When I clicked to sign in, the area to type my email and password never displayed. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. It did not work. When I went to “create new account “ it said. Email already exists and the finally popped up the area to type. This was very stressful being stranded out there and a reason to not use you app. Seems like every time I do something goes wrong.

Truck was covered in snow - once I cleaned that off, there was almost an inch of ice on the windshield. Took me almost 30 minutes to get the truck drive-able. Then, when I returned the truck they charged me a $25 cleaning fee!

I was an hour early but the truck was still full of snow and the inside wasn't cleaned out either. Again, I was an hour early but I doubt that would have changed anything.

If you really want my feedback…here it is: The woman at the front desk is very condescending and talks to me like I was a child and like I was an inconvenience because I came in at 145pm on Saturday. Secondly, charging an environmental fee of $1.00 that nobody can explain seems fishy and it made me question what I was being billed for. Lastly, charging me a $20 “convenience fee” made me feel like I had to do someone else's job or I was going to get charged. Not a good feeling. If anyone cares,or wants to speak to me human-to-human, please call me at 248/860-8581 Joe Williams PS the irony is that the truck (the machine) functioned fine and it worked well for my purpose. My associated problem was with the the person and the process: both entirely fixable.

The owner was very nice and enjoyed working with him. The truck was clean. The moving pads provided were dirty even though they were in plastic bags. I don't know if it is the responsibility of the pick up location to clean these or if U Haul corporate handles this task. There were no hand trucks available but I understand there is short supply throughout the U Haul system or they are concentrated in specific areas.

The crew member called prior to my pick to make sure I knew their closing time was when I was supposed to pick up the truck and was very friendly and knowledgeable when I arrived. I would definitely recommend this location.

There was no way to assess the inside of the truck as the application only allows for outside assessment. The only thing to assess inside the truck was clean or not clean. While the vehicle was clean, it smelled like cigarette smoke and there were some burn holes in the seats. Additionally, the knob to control the defrost was not present resulting in the inability to use defrost the cab. There was no way to adjust the mirrors and the passenger side mirror was not useable as it was out of alignment.

Online and customer support on phone was very difficult and I will not be using UHaul Services again. It took over and hour to check in and get the code for me yo get the keys. Phone support not helpful and I had to enter my information multiple times after creating an account.

The staff person was very accommodating and friendly. My overall experience with uhaul was disappointing but it had nothing to do with this location. I drove 15 mins out of the way to pick up the truck and you charged me for the extra mileage, you didn't have the appliance dolly I requested, and upgraded me to 26' truck instead of indicating what I needed wasn't in stock (smaller size) just to keep me from going to your competitors.

The AC didn't work and the vehicle had 5/8 fuel when rented. Upon return it had same however was charged 34.65 for fuel

Corporate Management said they were going to refund me $50.00 because the website reserved me a truck at another location, and then I found out that the truck was unavailable. I have yet to receive that refund. This is the only problem so far.

I've been using uhaul for many years. This time was the worst. I was scheduled for mobile pickup for a 3pm reservation. I was unable to pick up my rental until 4pm, due to issues with the website. I made 3 calls to customer service and the supervisor which was the last call, was very rude to me and tried to send me to a further location after i was there an hour already. First rep stated the website issue was fixed, yet it wasn't. Filed a complaint and no one has gotten back to me after 5 days. They keep reopening the complaint. And this location refuses to contact or compensate for the problem.

Although we realize this is winter we were not pleased to find the door latch frozen when we arrived at our destination. It took quite a bit of effort to free it. After that everything was fine.

Sales rep was nice and professional, but knew nothing of U-Haul procedure, policy, etc. She could not answer any questions. Also, I made the reservations on the website weeks prior, and when I showed up to get the trucks, the sales rep made me do it all over again.
