Easy drop off.
The gentleman who helped me once I pulled in and parked was very helpful and met me at the truck and made the turn-in experience super quick and easy.
Peter's Hardware always does a good job on my UHaul needs.
The people were friendly and helpful. The truck was extremely dirty inside and out. It was also very old and handled poorly. It had nearly 150,000 miles on it.
Check the steering in the u haul trucks. The u haul truck I drove had too much play in the steering wheel (too loose, had to constantly turn the steering wheel to keep truck from drifting from one side to the other).

The people at Peters Uhaul do a great job. It would be great if UHaul would update their software and make it less cumbersome to pick up the equipment. I've rented over 100 trailers in the last 10 years and I have to answer the same 20 questions every time I pick up a simple trailer. Think better customer experience and have the CEO go rent a trailer two weekends in a row and he'll get it!

Very reasonable rates, not to mention super good staff at all areas of my visit. Job completed...."AAA-1" service!
Fuel was filled to just above half full (as requested) and still I was charged for fuel. Shouldn't have put any fuel in before I returned the vehicle. Charged extra fees and use fees. Should have just rented a Menards pickup. Way overpriced for the vehicle I got. Not impressed.
You need much much better customer service. The service clerk who checked us in for the uhaul van was very curt, snappy with her answers, perfunctory not one bit friendly, no eye contact period, didnt even say hello, didn't say thank you. Very grumpy, obvious she doesn't like her job. You need a new check in girl. Now the girl who checked us back in after we returned the van later that afternoon was much much better service. She thanked us and was very pleasant

We tried to rent online and do the mobile/website check-in to avoid having to go into the store. This turned out not to be possible; we checked in online following the steps on the uhaul website but then couldn't access the truck without going into the store. This is fine, but it would have been nice to know this before hand. The online reservation system made it seem like we would not need to go inside. Otherwise, the staff was super helpful and nice and the experience was good.
Staff at Peters is always helpful and knowledgeable.

I reserved the trailer on-line and it was a simple process. Pick up and drop off was just as easy and I will definitely use again. Thanks!

The young man that helped me at the drop off location was very polite. Unhooked the trailer for me and got me on my way in a few short minutes.
Everything is fine, the store is pretty nice too. My only improvement is that I had to check in and then call the store to get somebody to come out and get the trailer. After I checked in, I asked the guy working on mowers he said to go "find someone inside".
Very quick and easy now. We were in and out. On top of that we left our phone in the truck and they let us come check right after hours even though they were walking out to close the store. Very nice.
No text was ever sent enabling me to send a photo of gas gauge and mileage. No furniture pads were included, although I paid for them. I had to go back and get them while my movers were at my house. Then, I was charged additional for gas because I wasn't able to upload a photo. This was later refunded. I was disappointed with the service at the U-Haul location.
While driving the truck to our location to pick up items, the service light came on, once stopped and started truck again it went off. This happened again while taking items to our storage unit. I called U-Haul after each incident and let the customer service person know, they were very helpful and friendly, marked a note in our file both times. Other than that it was a smooth move for us.

The mileage on the contract did not match the mileage on the odometer. I followed the directions, took a picture and tried to upload it, the upload just kept spinning until the link expired.

This location is horrible. Dishonest people trying to rip us off. We did 20 miles and was charged around 65 dollars for a 24 hour rental and was charged additional 205 dollars for an additional 200 some miles. I had to call back and forth a few times to get the credit back and wasted alot of time. It was clearly not an error IT WAS PURE DISHONESTY. Do yourself a favor and take a picture of the miles when you pick up the truck and when you drop it off but more importantly stay away from this location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
everything was great
I have rented a lot of U-Haul equipment from this store in the past and every thing that I have rented has always been in great order. Peters Hardware has always been very professional in everything thing they do.
