Getting the Uhaul through the online pick up took 45 minutes. The tire pressure was low on one side. There was no windshield wiper fluid so it took 15 minutes to defrost. It was a rough start.Morgan C.

I tried to rent a 12' trailer. The Uhaul down the road is closed and has the equipment. This one doesn't have the equipment and refuses to go get it from the other one because "they don't drive". How can you rent drive-able vehicles without being able to drive.Bradly G.
This was the 2nd time I rented at the location. I was very impressed how nice the service was on my first time. The second WAS NOT THE SAME. I got there and there was a sign saying the building was close. I opened the app and entered all info including payment information. The app asked me to confirm the pickup and I did. It asked me for Drivers License and tag information... I entered everything. The app gived me the video instructions to pickup the bike trailer and I followed the instructions. It told me to check the lights and brake lights and I did. All good to go (so I thought) 3 hours later I got to the lot to bring the trailer back... the U-Haul manager or representative told me that I had taken the trailer illegally... â€œWhat???â€ I said. He said that I had to wait for them to dispatch the trailer. I showed my order record and he said I was wrong... I had all the information and proof of the rental. He called someone and told me that I needed to call U-Haul because they had me as illegally taking the trailer. I offer to do any paperwork there and he said there was nothing he could do. VERY FRUSTRATING. He said the lines were busy and that he could not talked with anyone. He told me to go home and that someone would called me in a few hours. NO ONE CALLED. I had to call... NO WAIT TIME. Spoke with a rep and he said he needed to call the local office. I waited and he said I was going to get a call back... No one called again. Today, I got charged my account for more than I authorized with coverage (that I did not requested) short after that I got an invoice as if I had ordered TODAY. I do like U-Haul, however there should be a way for me to approve the charges before they are able to charge my account. I called and requested my credit for the difference and I did got it. As I said, like U-Haul but NOT the fact that I was charged more than what I had authorized.Juan R.

Tony was really nice from the moment I stepped foot on the property. I had called to let him know I was at a different uhaul location that wasn't opened yet. It wasn't too far from his location and he waited outside in the cold to greet me. While doing the paperwork explained everything which was helpful . He hooked up the trailer double checked it made sure brake/tail lights worked. He used a fail safe method of securing the trailer safety chains that I'm going to use from now on. The keys were not in the Dropbox. I looked four times for 20 minutes. Then the man at the desk laughed at me and said, â€œyes they are. I always put them there. Did you look hard?â€ I went back outside again and the key was there. He was playing games with me, which I do not appreciate. It was unprofessional and uncalled for. It was below 30 degrees out and I searched for over 20 minutes to find the keys while he laughed inside with other customers at me. Then told me the truck was only $30-40 with tax since mileage is unlimited m. Yet, my total bill was over $120.00 because you charge $0.99 per mile. I would not have rented a truck had he disclosed this when I called him on Wednesday to reserve it. I am very dissatisfied with my service at U-Haul.Natalie T.

Truck was nice and new. No issues to deal with. I even needed to add 2 more days to use it due to complications. Was accommodated with no issue. Came to this location cause I had seen that the trucks are newer and not some 1990's run down uhaul. Would come here again for any rental.Christopher S.
I reserved a 26 ft truck and was told by uhaul 1-800 line that when I made my reservation there definitely would be a 26 ft truck available and there was not. I even gave my credit card to hold the reservation. I was given a 20 ft truck and had to pay the same. Truck was on a quarter tank when I got it. And truck smelled like leaking gas when it sat and when you first got in it. I had a headache from the shirt drives and the movers complained about the smell. I asked the agent to remove the utility dolly from the rental. He said it was removed but it somehow magically remained on the contract. Also the agent asked for $20 cash to hook up the trailer. The cash request made me think this was not a bona fide U-haul charge. I didn't have cash so I did not pay. Every other location hooked up the trailer at no charge. Something a bit dicey here.John D.

I want my money refunded. Both trucks were in the roughest condition ever. The one I could barely keep running. I have always rented from uhaul but after this I will go elsewhere. I have called and asked for refund, nothing. I have messaged and no response. This was an awful experience. When u have to keep ur foot on the gas and brake to keep the truck running at stoplights that is unacceptable. I filled the truck up and then I caused me to use the gas again cuz of the issues.Mary M.
