Ebony T. | Overall ExperienceI was challenged to " come down here and tell me I made a mistake to my face" by Shawn the facility regional manager. When I moved out I had to go buy a shovel to dig my storage unit out from the snow that had been plowed up against all of the garage doors.

Did not have a good system for taking payments It looks like it's in the middle of the ghetto And the gentleman who stays on the property makes you feel like you feel like it's in the middle of the ghetto. It just kept being a one thing after another because they're automatic payment system is no good and out of date. Can't believe how I was treated from the worker
