Best-made trailer ever
GEOFFREY RWe were very well guided and the staff was very nice.
YANICK BI had personally visited the site to reserve a 6 x12 open trailer for November 1st. When I got there I was told that they had reserved a closed trailer. I needed to transport frames that were 16 feet long so the closed trailer would not work. I had 4 people waiting to install the frames and the entire day was going to be wasted. Fortunately one of them found a trailer in Perth that worked at another Uhaul. In future the staff need to ask more questions if they are not sure what the customer wants.
