Had to wait 15-20 minutes for the representative to show up. He did not give us a walk-around the vehicle, but instead just pointed and handed us the keys. When the vehicle was dropped off after-hours, we were charged for damages the next morning which were not present when we dropped it off.

The staff were very helpful but the facility is a dump! Not clean, no toilet, etc.

Pick up was a busy Saturday morning. The guy running the shop was courteous, friendly and gave very useful advise. There were 3 parties there and I felt very well taken care of. Return time was quieter and he was right there, quick and friendly getting the job done. I was able to get way more done in 1 day than I'd anticipated. Thanks,

Great customer service, very friwndly. Thank you!

Allow customer to do the auto-sign in–at least the photo, ID and earlier sections–before coming to pick up vehicle. Takes too long, especially when standing in rain.

The employees were yelling at each other and the location was disgusting. Unclean.

The customer service at this location was excellent. The location was convenient.

I have used this location multiple times in the past, and despite being smaller and in a high traffic area of town, I find them the easiest to work with.

The pick area is in the office of the garage section of a gas station, so I get it's going to be messy. Still a bit of clean up wouldn't hurt.

U-Hauls to me are all about the location. So a person in my location I would tell them about it, yes. The experience.... horrible. Not because of the counter guy or vehicle but because of the online registration, pickup and drop off. The worst experience. Fail on so many levels. I will use the counter people if I can find them until I hear online has improved.

Vehicle filthy. Front desk wanted to take lunch at 10am and rushed me out.

Jerry was super helpful. The web site would not allow me to complete my online checking, however. Please fix the part that requires people to show their location. It didn't work after that.

There was no mention that I would need additional documention for my address. I was lucky in that I was able to pull stuff up to use, but letting a person know prior to showing up would be helpful.

There was no easy parking near the location, they closed earlier than their stated closing time (forcing you to drop the keys and get checked out the next day so they can charge you an extra day). They are supposed to close at 5pm but the door was locked by 4:40pm. The truck was dirty on the outside and the windshield washer fluid didn't work. And they charged a cleaning fee even though we swept out the truck. I have had a much better experience from other smaller locations in Portland and would not recommend this location.

Great place to rent a truck of any size.

The person at the counter was exceedingly unfriendly and that was truly not appreciated. When I made the reservation, he was very nice but when I piked up the truck very NOT friendly. I will never go there again.

Ignition is sticky and takes some wiggling to turn. Might want to have that looked at. I thought I had the wrong key at first.

Charging me $40 because the gas gauge was at the top part of the 3/4 full mark when I picked it up, and when I returned it, the gauge was at the lower edge of the 3/4 full mark? Really? Your company is going to go that route? The one where you screw over your customers for every nickel and dime you can? I guarantee that you will start losing businesss if this is the new U-Haul business model then I hope that your company goes bankrupt very quickly. I'm not inclined to use U-Haul again.

I noticed that there were some bad reviews, but decided to go with this location anyways. Nice guy at the desk and the experience was just fine. They had a large selection of trucks and they were all rented out because the lot was empty when I returned.

Staff was polite and helpful but the suspension on the truck was terrible. Overall, I was pleased though.
