We got there and couldn't check in. After calling the 1-800 number and being rerouted 3 times we finally got someone who checked us in via the phone and insturctrd us how to get the keys from the key safe attached to the parking spot. There was no onsite personnel and we couldn't check in via app because the vehicle want assigned.
