Truck had garbage scattered all over its interior making it blatantly obvious that no one did a thorough, or any kind of check after prior rentals. There were also personal items left within compartments in the cabin from past renters.

This was the worst experience I have ever had, not just with a moving company, but with any business of any kind. I made my reservation months in advance, and 24 hours before I was supposed to pick up my truck, UHaul called me and told me the reservation was canceled because they didn't have enough trucks. This was after they had sent me an email earlier in the day confirming my reservation. I am moving out and have to be out of my place, but was left without any way to move and scrambling to go with another company. Not only will I never use UHaul again, I will make it a point to tell everyone I know about how unprofessional and unreliable the company is.

There aren't a lot of trucks available so there isn't a lot of flexibility with your reservations. This is understandable because it isn't a regular uhaul location. However it is convenient if you are in the west campus area.

The customer service was great. The truck was clean. My issue was with the equipment itself. The 10' GMC truck seemed underpowered, and its suspension seemed worn.

the representative was not familiar with the u haul computer system. therefore, it took 3 people and an extended period of time to do what should have been fairly automatic as i had a reservation and had called and confirmed.

I placed an order for pads and they did not come with the uhaul. I had to travel to another location to get pads which was very inconvinient.

U haul reservation means nothing. You "reserve" a van for a particular time, you get a "confirmation" email. When you get there, you are told they were fully booked when you made the reservation. Then why does the website show available vehicles???

The employees didn't really seem to know how to help me with a reservation I had made earlier in the week. They said they just started offering U-Haul services so it would make sense that not all of them are trained to help. I imagine if I were to use their services again in a month, it would go much better.

The staff was nice but I don't think the clerk ever called in to fix my billings as promised. They charged me for gas - which I already poured in 2 gallons for the short 25 miles trip.

Staff at the store need to be trained on the process for taking and returning Uhaul vehicles. The staff at my location were extremely helpful and very friendly. They were just new to the process.

Stop your disingenuous ad campaign- the only reason I rented your truck is because I saw that it costed "19.99." None of your customers pays 19.99 for the truck so stop your false ad campaign and post more realistic prices. My 19.99 truck cost me around $70 for twenty miles. It will be my last experience with u-haul rentals. This business is dying- potential customers- check rely rides.
