Carol was outstanding in helping me with my reservation. She also went above and beyond to help me get a trailer hooked up to the truck. But I would not recommend U-Haul overall because of the location confusion. I had a location selected 10 minutes from our house for a truck and trailer. The day before, UHual says that location doesn’t have either item. So I had to drive 45 minutes to get the trailer from one place, and then drive 10 minutes away from that place to get the truck. Overall terrible experience.

Nothing to improve.. I had to sit there for awhile after I dropped off trying to get an Uber to return home. Very nice people at this location.

Sean Rtruck that we had was very hot and the air was blowing hot called the location several times for this matter and they told me that it wasn't like that the morning of getting the truck not giving me other options to have except to get another truck 15" that i didn't need nor want and had to use the truck as is VERY POOR DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL
