The roller dolly’s we ordered weren’t available along with the amount of furniture covers? That should be known on the app when ordering. They also didn’t specify a time that the truck needed dropped off so we ended up with a late fee

DAVID LHave employees on site would be EXTREMELY helpful. Nobody from UHaul was available on the day I was to pick up my truck. Also UHaul is noted for renting ghost trucks. Be VERY careful and continue to verify your truck is where it’s supposed to be. The company moves your reservation around to other franchises instead of moving the truck to you. Terrible situation!!
