It took me 2 hrs to get the vehicle because of a problem with your online service. I was on with a Uhaul rep for 2 hrs. She was as astonished as I was that nothing was working correctly. Finally she said she was going to research the problem and put me on hold for 20 minutes straight with no periodic updates. Not sure if you've ever been sitting in your car, trying to get a moving truck only to be placed on hold for 20 minutes. It added to already horrible experience. When I was finally able to access truck and get the keys, there was a note taped to steering wheel instructing me to leave the Word padlock in the red lockbox by the gate. It wasn't a Word padlock and it was impossible to put in slot on top of box. I will deliver padlock when I get back to that area. I called to let them know. I've used Uhaul several times in the past but this was the first time I did the transaction on line and the last! When I was about to drive off, another couple pulled up and after a few minutes the woman came to me because they were having trouble with there pick up. I simply told her Good Luck.
