I feel very lucky but I'll never go back to this location. A few people were waiting there for an hour being told that there was no truck available eventhough they made reservations. For some reason i was able to get a truck when i went to the counter... I really felt bad for other people. It would have been a huge headache if I wouldn't have gotten a truck. There was no way for me to delay my move.

Better care of vans needed. Van had no driver side mirror, the side door did not lock, the back tire was almost flat (had to put air in), and there was graffiti of a penis on the back window.

HORRIBLE customer service. These people were rude the second I walked in. And I mean it when I say RUDE! I would never recommend this location to a friend, in fact, I will tell everyone I know to stay away from there! The only decent thing about my experience today was that the truck was good and it got the job done. But ALSO, they ripped me off an extra $4 for gas (I drove 12 miles and had put 2.3 gallons of gas already, they told me it wasn't enough, I was so upset I didn't wanna argue MORE)

These guys are thieves. This is the 2nd time we have a bad experience with them. They over charge every time. 3.5 gallons for 5 miles, really?? And we didn't ask for any extra coverage!! Please call me at 347.373.8446 to rectify!

We arrived at the Uhaul location at the time of our reservation (8am) to find that the previous renter had extended his reservation and still had the equipment. Aty my request, the rental coordinator agreed to call the previous renter and asked him to please return the vehicle within 20 minutes. The previous renter contended he had rented the equipment until 4pm that afternoon. Given the low inventory at this location, we were unable to rent a different van and had to wait approximately one hour after our initial pick-up time in order to obtain our vehicle. I understand that this was not the rental coordinator's fault because he had arrived to work at 8am as well, but this was a disruptive to our moving plans and overall inconvenient. I had made this reservation over a month prior to the moving date in order to ensure there would be no vehicle shortage and so our move could begin promptly at 8am. The previous renter should not have been permitted to extend his rental past 8am, and in the event this was inevitable because things happen when moving- we should have been informed the night before so we could have made arrangements (like not waking up at 6:30am and traveling to the location in order to be there by 8am).

I had the reservation set for 7am. The Uhaul representative wasn't there at 7, as such I didn't get the Uhaul until closer to 8am. I called customer service and they indicated I would be getting a $50 refund.

The uhaul representative never showed up and I waited 35 minutes before the gas station clerk processed my order. The sign in the station said guaranteed on time and this was not the case.

I reserved a van online and then got a call the morning of the pickup that I had to go get it at a different location farther away from me. When I arrived, they had no vans there either. I ended up having to take a truck which was much larger and more difficult to handle in the city

The employees were fine but I was very uncomfortable because the car I reserved - a van - was NOT available. They only had trucks and I had no choice because my movers were arriving and I had no time to go elsewhere.

The guy was dishonest in his billing. The guy billed me for 18 furniture pads and two dollies. I only received 12 pads and 1 dolly. Originally he handed me 12 pads and 1 dolly to carry out to the truck. After I loaded the truck, he came out and took 6 of the pads back and the dolly and told me to open the 6 pads on the wall and use the dolly that was on the wall, so I broke the seal and used them. He billed me for 18 pads and 2 dollies, so instead of getting billed $10 for the pads and $7 for the one dolly, He billed me $15 for the pads and $10 for two dollies. He cheated me $8 for this. Then he added an $8.17 charge for using a credit card on a $109.36 charge, which equate to a 7.5% penalty. This was not on the estimate that he gave me and should have been disclosed up front to give me an option. The truck was filthy dirty when I got it. I've rented a lot of U-hauls and I've never had this bad of an experience.
