If I was a first time renter I would be lost. The person before me could not find their vehicle. She did not let them know where to find the number on the vehicle. She did not go over the vehicle and did not explain the X’s for damage.

Sue was very rude and condescending. Took forever to input information. She kept saying it was the "system" but she just had no idea what she was doing. She never asked if I wanted insurance & when I declined, she huffed and puffed. Angered to have to make a help call and start all over again, stating "well it's only $42.00." I told her do not count my money and since it's only $42.00 was she offering to pay?! She continued to complained the entire time even stating I don't know where you sign; no one has ever declined insurance everyone just takes it. LIES because she HAS waited on me before and I always decline. It was just an uncomfortable, unprofessional 35 minutes!!

Cost associated with this move and different options or not explain to me. I went over my mileage and U-Haul charge me and is over then amount of money. He explained to me that I was paying for miles and I probably should have it done a different type of Rachel or use a different company charge me almost $400!

The lady on staff was the best. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, however this is also a shipping location so there was a bit of a waiting in line to be able to sign the paperwork and pick up the U-Haul because of the staff serving other people to ship their packages.

The woman who checked my truck in was lovely. I was, however, thrown off until I realized I was dropping the truck off in a shopping center parking lot rather than a traditional U-Haul location.

The vehicle was extremely dirty inside. I cleaned the inside of the vehicle at 7pm the night before I used it. The location owner was not familiar with the computer system. I was at the location at least 30minutes. The location owner called your corporate number. I was handed the phone and spoke with John. He was very unprofessional, candid, and offered no assistance. He actually told me " that is was not his problem" and I could go somewhere else" This experience was poorer than poor!

Vendor was rushed due to customer volume and forgot the hand truck. Uhaul online changed my pick up location. This wasn't called out in the confirmation notice and I went to the wrong place

The recurring problem with U-Haul is that after five rentals, I have only received the vehicle I requested once. Repeatedly, I request panel van or 10ft van truck, U-Haul charges my credit card, but when I pick up the vehicle, all that is available is a 15 or 17 foot van, I realize you all probably think I am getting a "bargain" but what I am really getting is NOT what I paid for, and a larger, inconvenient vehicle that is harder to navigate on tight back roads, harder to find parking for, and more expensive gas costs.

Worst experience I've ever had with uhaul and I am a regular customer. Very rude attendant and disregarding of any reported problems (to include she just smiled when I turned on the the van and realized it did not have a full tank as reported). Will never rent from this facility again and even the regional central Virginian manager (John?) seemed to not believe me on the phone when this woman called to discuss the issues with him that I reported upon return as well as on the outset of my rental. Incredibly disappointed.

I know this is not something you can demand of your branches but this needs to be said. I needed to use the bathroom but was denied. I told her that I had a ostomy pouch and needed to empty it. She said the policy prevented it. She was fortunate that I did not have a busted pouch and dripping feces on the floor. Though there is a bathroom next door in the back of the food lion grocery, it was too far for me to walk. She was really sweet and it was not her policy but even TSA understands when you say you have to use the bath room!
