I called for assistance and this Lady called Joy Hung up on me, I ended up figuring everything out by myself, but that was pretty rude.

Picking up is easy but returning is very challenging and lots of steps.
FRANKLIN PMost painful process to pick up a rental vehicle ever and I've rented from numerous companies including big rental companies and smaller ones. Information like verifying two references is not clear when you book and feels like a trick. I would not have booked if I knew it was that much of a pain.
Andrew WThe mobil check in and out was difficult. The lock on the back I had a difficult time using
LeAnn DVehicle ran okay, but the "Change Engine Oil" message was on when I turned on the vehicle. I had to call customer service and consult the owners manual to figure out how to turn that off so I could see the mileage. Driver side windshield wiper blade desperately needs to be replaced. Windshield was not very clean, and when I used the spray in the wipers, the wiper blade on the driver's side left huge streaks across the field of vision. 7/8th tank of gas is really strange. Why not start with a full tank? Much easier to re-fill at the end of the trip. The following may not be a problem of the location, but the check in and checkout process was terrible. I had to call U-Haul customer service THREE times during the check-in process and once during check-out. First, the app didn't work and I had to switch to the browser. Then it did not recognize the location. Even though the reservation had the location programmed in, the iPhone could not read the location. I also got hung up on the driver's license page. And, for some reason, even though I have a U-Haul account, which includes all my address, driver's license, etc., I have to re-enter all that info during check in. Overall, it took nearly an hour to check out the vehicle. That is not acceptable.
