The process for picking up had several issues and took almost 2 hours while in a bad area of town and very cold. it was set up for 24/7 pick up and because i was a couple mins late to my appt making the time i had it even less and turned it in a day early i was somehow charged more.
David P.Johnson Edwards helped save my moving day.. My original pickup location did not have any trucks to fulfill my reservation. After a 2 hour delay to my moving day I was able to get a truck from Johnson Edwards location. But this truck did not have any of the equipment (dolly and moving blankets) available on site which I had reserved previously
EVAN V.Picking up a uhaul with my phone is very complicated. First of all I did not know that I need an I Phone. I have an android .The place opens at 10:00 am, but no one will come to the door. ( That's no help !) I was not given any paper work for my uhaul rental I sent in the required photos and have heard nothing back.
