After using the truck for 7 miles they charged me for 3 gallons of gas. I will take my business elsewhere.

Steven SI rented on app. Confirmation said to show acceptance to clerk and get key. Store clerk claimed no knowledge of U-Haul and their process and if I did on the app, then the key is in lockbox. After a couple more attempts to get key from lockbox (with no combination), I call the number on invoic and press number for U-Haul. Store clerk answers and looks quite irritated telling me I have called him incorrectly. After insisting that everything about this haul rental points to his gas station, he finally makes a call… then says someone is on the way to help me out. Person shows up, walks into back office and after acting like I don’t know what I am doing, confirms on the computer, grabs keys off the hook and hands them to me. 45 minutes later! What a cluster.
