Exterior of vehicle was dirty. Windshield plastered with dead bug guts; could hardly see out. No AC, no radio, no discount offered. I would certainly try another location in the future.
GREGORY AI booked a 4-hour rental for 9am, but they didn't end up giving me the keys until 10am. I was then pressured to return it in under 4-hours so that it would be available for their next booking, despite the delay in picking up the vehicle being their fault. Overall, it was not a professional experience and I would opt to go through a different location next time.
ANDREW BTire was low on the trailer, passenger signal light worked intermittently (pinched wire on the tongue) l. Trailer itself was clean. Property location is not the most appealing, office is extremely cluttered.
