Everything was fine with the truck and location. I tried the “do everything from your phone” option which was a bit strange. I feel like a lot of those steps could have been done when the reservation was made (taking selfies and putting in license number, waiting on review). It’s not any easier and certainly no faster than going into the shop and talking to an employee. I could see how it could be a good thing if you are trying to do this after hours but that would still be a lot of awkward standing in a parking lot tapping your phone and taking pictures. This service needs some work.

Computers were down when I picked up the truck. They were still down when I returned at the end of the day. I did not get a receipt u til this morning. Good news is, the staff was courteous and honest, the rental was otherwise flawless, and I have a positive if mixed opinion of the experience.

When I picked up my equipment from another location, the gentleman forgot to give me the moving pads I rented. So I ate $10, after I realized to late that they were not in the trailer or anything. Not a big deal, that happens. However I was charged $60 for “missing equipment,” because my contract said I had moving pads. I don’t have anyway to prove I never picked them up. So at this point I’m eating an extra $70. I likely won’t be using this service again for my next move, since you can’t provide any recourse for this. The staff at the drop off location was great, and he has no way to tell that I didn’t have the pads so I don’t fault him. He was friendly and effecient. The staff at pickup should have added a note to my contract that the pads were never picked up or something.

I used the mobile reservation, and I was re-routed and this was the third location that had the truck I requested. Was slowed down on my move, but was able to return truck to PDX without extra charge. Truck drove great.

It was a really busy morning when I was scheduled to pick up the truck. The gentleman working the front desk did a wonderful job even though it was so crowded and people where in a hurry. PLEASE GIVE THAT GUY A RAISE!!! Also it would be nice if you could make the waiting area a little bigger and add a second computer and person during peak hours.

The office was really dirty. The truck hadn't been swept out, the check engine light was on (sales rep said it was just an improperly attached gas cap). The guy working there was awesome, super friendly and helpful, but the location itself was a mess.

The whole process is unpleasant. The website sucks. Reservations are fake - no guarantee your truck will be available. People waiting outside at noon for an hour because no one at location. Attendant unaware of my reservation and unable to explain why I had a reservation number. Pain in the ass to modify reservation - have to call. Lame.

The truck smelled very strongly of marijuana. I had to drive with the windows down. There was an old shirt in the seat and the windows were hard to see out of they were so dirty. The staff was friendly.

Had to wait 15-20 minutes for the representative to show up. He did not give us a walk-around the vehicle, but instead just pointed and handed us the keys. When the vehicle was dropped off after-hours, we were charged for damages the next morning which were not present when we dropped it off.
