Did after hour drop off. My phone did not want to connect to the link, I called the 24/7 number and got the help I needed for the return. I wish Uhaul would be more clear that you can do after hour drop offs, when picking up the truck we picked a location further away with extended hours.

I didn't feel safe at the location and I didn't feel comfortable using the dolly to tow my vehicle. Returned the dolly the same night and was not provided a complete refund.
