They need more than one uhaul. The lady was a sweetheart and prompt in getting us into a uhaul. Luckily, though only having one uhaul on hand, she had just the right one I was looking for as a rental. She did everything she could to expedite a speedy rental and return process and was perfectly friendly and helpful.
