Il serait peut-être agréable que le plein d'essence soit déjà fait au départ... À la place de devoir le remplir "à peu près" au niveau qu'il était. Cela éviterait les incertitudes et rendrait le processus de retour plus simple.

apres 50 km j ai perdu une roue sur le boger que j ai louer chez vous les 5 boulon disparu., aucunne reponce au cell pour vous rejonidre , pas d aide .debrouer moi meme 3 h a 4 h dans le parc du sagne ( lac) acheter outie ,80 km avec mon auto pour acheter au canadian tire une croix 2 bendeur et boulon 80$ et en plus pas de contras papier et ordinateur ne foction ai pas il mon chager 145$ suposement retournable a thetford , mai non , ( petit retour de 40$ et ces tout ) quel aventure ,je vous ai raporter le traileuir pour tres peux de frais$ aver un petit morceau d aile briser et un stape briser tres peu de domage tres tres chipe pas contant du tous dans le passer pas heu de problaime . cet commenter son pour le depositerre de jonquiere (lac) francois cell 581 372 4050

Étant donné que la location se fait a l'intérieur d'un établissement nommé Xm logistix, il serait plus évident pour la clientèle si il y avait seulement et simplement un petit logo de UHaul sur la porte ou dans la vitrine du magasin pour annoncer que nous somme bien au bon endroit ce n'est qu'on commentaire constructif MERCI !

Lorsque j'ai réservé le camion, le service a été médiocre et lorsque j'ai demandé les prix le préposé ne connaissait pas le prix de la location et combien coûtaient les kilomètres excédent au nombre alloué. C'est moi qui lui a dit les prix annoncés sur internet. Au moment de prendre possession du camion, ce n'était pas la grandeur demandée et le prix convenu. Je n'ai jamais reçu de document confirmant la réservation et les coûts.

que lorsqu'un client confirme la reservation et qu'elle a comme reponse qu'il n'a pas la reservation que l'on doive appele au no de uhaul dont on se fait couper la ligne et que l'on attend plus 1 hre au telephone cest pas fort.Quand lui meme a dans sa cour le trailer dans sa cour...

Our recent experience with the company was absolutely terrible. We have never had such a bad experience with any type of business. We move about every year, We use a different company every year, depending on what is closest. We always had great service everywhere. This year, we had to move from Quebec to Montreal so of course, we turned to uHaul to be able to grab a truck in Quebec, and leave it in Montreal. Many weeks before the move, we went to the uHaul location closest to our current house, on Viau, to reserve our truck. The employees were nice and helpful. We were confident we would have a great experience with the company. We were set to have a truck at 7am on Saturday June 9. Now fast forward to the day before the move, Friday the 8th, at 4pm. We receive a cryptic voice mail saying that we may NOT have a truck. This is 15 hours before we move from one city to another, already a stressful experience. We decide to call because the voice mail was not clear at all. After 45 minutes of waiting, we are answered by the most rude and unhelpful woman, who cannot answer, of refuse to answer, to the most simple question: will we have a truck to move our life from one city to another? She also completely refuse to speak with my partner, since the contract is not under her name. Why would we have to put multiple names on a contract to rent a truck to insure having customer service? This was extremely frustrating and insulting as a paying customer. Since that dreadful lady refuse to tell us if we would get a truck or not, we went straight to the uHaul location where we made the reservation, as if we had nothing else to do the night before a move than to run around the city to figure out if we would actually be able to move. Again, the service at the location was perfect. Extremely polite, professional and efficient. And as a normal customer service would, they spoke to both my spouse and myself, which I did not realize until then was something we should not take for granted. We were told, clearly this time, that we would not have a truck the next day. Seriously, uHaul? 12 hours before a move? We were told nothing could be done. They would offered us one-month of free storage. How was that helping us move? We were offered to get a truck on Monday instead, that we would have to bring that truck back to Quebec, doubling the money we would have to put on gas. We were offered a 30$ discount on the price of the truck, but this would not cover the extra gas, not even close. We agreed, not knowing what to do at that point, 12 hours before we were supposed to move. We were lucky to be able to accept such a deal since we both have flexible schedule and a few days between us leaving and the new people coming in our old house. Not everyone could have afforded that option. Later that night, we called customer service. We explained the situation (another hour on the phone) and they were able to find us a truck in Thetford mines (an hour and a ha
