John SAlthough this reservation was done only 24 hours in advance, the trucks still had snow on top of them, and the attendant had no idea I was coming in for a pickup, and they had no proper equipment for snow removal. Aside from that, the attendant was kind and helpful, and the pickup process was smooth.
