The truck that I rented had some issues. Door was frozen so I had to pry gate to get it up so I could access key for pickup. The heat control did not work so it took 20 minutes to defrost windshield so I could see to drive. Not a good start to day. Also I returned truck back by 12:30. Only had it 5hrs. Not a great deal.

Charles BRealizing that you have recently moved, it is understandable that you had no staff personnel available, and transactions were conducted by speaker phone. However, it does not "Feel" like you have dealt with a person if there is no person to deal with, to show the dirt in the cab and in the back, to show and tell about things left behind inside the vehicle. Just saying it is hard to be heard when there is no person available to see nor hear what you have to say.
