The facility is great, I know prices are set. If my 5x10 had been cheaper I would have kept it. I had a 10x20 and down sized. The place a nice, clean and they are there to help in any way!

I was told when I rented it in July that they were working on getting gravel in and taking care of leveling it off back there so you want in the mud hole I left because I’m still in a mud hole, my trailer has been sitting in the water and the service sucked so no I would not recommend your friggin facility to anybody else.!
Neville H | Overall ExperienceI was a customer at this storage facility over 10 years and really never had a problem there until recently. Over a 10 year period our rent from $110 to $213. In the last year we had piles of dirt show up on the floor next to the outside wall our boxes, I'm not sure what caused that, and our unit was broken into and ransacked. They did not steal anything that we know of probably because the stuff we own was big, not jewelry, money, or small items that are easily pawned, We are pretty sure it was a couple of the numerous homeless people that moved into that area and are begging on the street corners of Blanding Blvd. We seen a few of them walking through the complex one night as we were leaving. The complex has cameras around the outside but the inside is not monitored as far as we know. A couple of good things about this place is that you can access your unit 24/7 and all the units are ground level.

However, he did not explain that the company would require me to pay double the initial amount if I didn’t have my items out by the 3rd month. As all businesses are in business to make money - it is UTTER GREED to charge almost $400 for rental space. This market needs to be regulated!! I will use a POD if or when I am in need of storage space again.
