The manager told me to unload the tow dolly myself and move it to their storage area. In the process I fell and the tow dolly fell across my upper leg. When I hobbled inside, she began to argue with me about not doing it right. Have somebody else greet customers. Don't ask the customer to do your work for you. And when they hurt themselves trying to please you, don't yell at them about how they did it wrong.
BENJAMIN WMegan was very helpful. I had no issues from this location & was given a contract for both trucks.
MARK WI had unlimited miles but for some reason you charged me $9 for additional mileage with no explanation. Ridiculous
