Not having someone in person is terrible when your phone app doesn't work properly. I had done all my prechecking the day before with pictures of my license, and payment method and everything, and I had to do it all over again 3 times, and it still didn't work. 45 minutes later, someone from support was able to help me. Terrible experience for me.
CLAUDIO EAttendant told us drop off was complete finding out 3 days later not only does he not speak English but gave us misinformation. My drop off was never completed and the $90 charge is $279. The car has been in our possession according to their records even though it was returned 8pm on Wednesday before thanksgiving. I’m livid as would like a phone call to repair the matter.
DAMANY CMake sure the car is serviced before rental , make sure the gas is at the mileage that’s acceptable, make sure the car isn’t damaged , should have personal do the mileage calculation!!
