24/7 access is very convenient. The only complaint I have is the lock on the box holding the key was very difficult to open. Maybe something rust & weather proof would be more user friendly.

We dropped off after hours. One complaint I would have is - We had a one way drop off. I had a specific drop off location picked out, U-Haul said they needed it at a different location farther away. Fine, they gave me more miles, but then get a text in the middle of the move and U-haul moved the location again and it was even further away. Then when I checked the truck back in on the app, it said I went over my miles. It was only a few miles, but still…I was charged for it

Jasilyn CIt took nearly an hour to go through the check in process. Absolutely ridiculous!! I was so frustrated by the end of it because the app didn’t work right, I had trouble with the lock, the person inside was zero help, and I had to redo the steps three times.
