I picked up at night and this location has excellent lighting. I felt very safe as it is also a high traffic area. Easy access to the keys. Fantastic location for using your phone to pick up!

I asked for full service in person help. They sent me there with no help from location.
Michael OThe padlock for the key lock box needs replacing. We had the code and are familiar with this type of lock, but it took us15-20 minutes of playing with the locking mechanism and applying pressure to the shackle before the lock finally opened. We were under a time constraint, which made the experience all the more frustrating. The convenience store clerk was polite, but he knew nothing about how to take care of the problem. We were told by the Uhaul rep (on telephone) that the manager would not arrive for another 2 1/2 hours and we would have to go somewhere else for our rental vehicle. Really?
