The customer service was awful. Got hung up on twice by the employee and was spoken to in an incredibly rude manner. Truck was not clean and had 1/8 tank of gas. There were roaches in the truck. I had chosen to pick up in store due to not wanting to deal with the Smart Pick Up and was given no choice in the matter and when we called the service line the person was also incredibly rude and unhelpful. It took over an hour to pick up our truck. 10/10 would NOT recommend

Great location
CAN AThe equipment was defective; the retaining strap on the left side was broken. I had to use my tie-down strap to secure that wheel. The rep at the store was inexperienced and customer service was rude to the point of him offering an apology.
