The young man really didn’t know what he was doing. He sent me out without a contract, then wheni got my contract by email he put my drop off at a wrong location

Equipment was very old and beat up, the guy inside didn’t seem to know what he was doing, they only stayed open till 3 o’clock in the afternoon

Makyla LI arrived at my scheduled location and they did not have my reservation. They didn’t call Uhaul and sent me down the road to another location who also didn’t have my reservation. The second location had me call Uhaul and sent me 15 minutes away to finally find my truck. The truck itself was not in good shape, dirty, and the transmission wasn’t shifting correctly causing a very bumpy drive. I will not be using these services again.
