Horrible location. Won’t be renting from there again. Staff closed the location early. Uhaul truck had no oil. Called staff at location and they hung up.

Uhaul sent us to a location with a non working number. They called us and then hung up and I was unable to reach after calling them numerous times until we got there. The location we were sent to was ghetto, the guy appeared he was high and the office smelled of weed. we returned our truck back at the time we were scheduled to but no one was there to do the check out. When I called Uhaul to notify them I was placed on hold for about 10 to 15 minutes. I could not wait any longer and had to continue with my move and was informed we were charged for more than we should have been. I would never use the Uhaul again if I have to move again it was a terrible experience.
