At the time of removing the truck it was very dirty, it was not disinfected to prevent covid and the staff does not use a face mask

I booked a truck and trailer at one location and they didn't have eather at that location, I had to get the truck at 1 location had to go down the street pick up the trailer should have been been in all-in-one location,the place I went was on a dirt road and the office out of the back of a pick up.the man was polite and all.
