U-Haul is trash!!!! My second time using u-haul will never use again will not recommend, did not receive the truck until 2hours after arriving at the location!! Went to the first location which was my original reservation truck was not available due to the fact the store did not set it up for self pick has to settle for this location and a smaller truck due to the fact I drove all the way from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale got there at 9:00 pm, ok look it is what it is worked with it did not need the truck for two days the representative did not tell me the reservation was for two days anyways did not need it for that long so I returned it early only to be charged for going over miles which was never communicated that I only certain amount of miles then the representative had the nerve to bold face tell me that we don’t do refund for unused time proceed to ask me did you not read your contract a real bitter from both experiences will never use again will not recommend
