The truck was left with its fuel tank open, and the gas was stolen; consequently, U-Haul charged me $200 for it.

There was some miscommunication that seemed to stem from the manager of the location. This caused us to called customer service and we were directed to a different location and then we were directed back to the original location. The confirmation call/message was made 15 minutes before they closed the day before which didn't help with the communication issues we had due to not being able to answer the call at the time. That said, once the situation was cleared up we were able to get our truck and rentals without issue. The location manager was friendly.
