They had three trucks the same size i needed… they gave me a truck with the engine light on…i went back in and asked for one of the other trucks they said they were all reserved… i had no choice but to take that truck…when i came back both vehicles were still there they lied to me… poor customer service will not rent from that location again …

Only 1 agent on site. Had to go back out to get gas and mileage pics for him. Location itself appears dingy and cluttered.
Byron CNot friendly or helpful staff. The while reservation prior to pick up was messed up and a hassle.
Kelly KI returned the uhaul on 5/30. On 6/1 and 6/2, I received reminders to return the rental. I called Uhaul customer service on both days and they stated they would reach out to site. I finally received confirmation of return on 6/3.
