Inside of truck bed was dirty I put the same amount of fuel in it that was in it when I picked it up yet was charged for more fuel? After I done there job and cleaned the truck outJoshua M.
I waited more than 90 minutes. I already reserved the truck but for some reason the reservation was not processing completely at the business. While the rep was understanding of my time- he mentioned this had happened before. I would certainly have the reservation process looked at. It wasn't a great start to the day or move. The Uhaul broke down on I-81. A tire shredded apart. Nothing about this move with Uhaul was pleasant. And I certainly wasn't prepared for a break down on the Interstate.KAY N.

They did not have the truck that uhaul online said they would. The location was a dump. It took 45mins to get my rental partly because neither their computer or their card reader worked. The person who assisted me was helpful though.Mark B.
I was told that the location I originally reserved the truck did not have one available and was sent to a second location which also did not have my truck available. The second location sent me to Star City because they had the truck. Also, since I had purchased boxes and supplies on my original on-line order the I had to go BACK to the original location to pickup the supplies. I wasted all morning when I should have been home loading the truck. This was a complete mess.Anthony D.

Person who rented trailer to me informed me that I could drop off at any drop off which was wrong. Told him three times where I would drop off, did and got charged extra fee which is in process of reimbursement , just a hasslemicheal L.

One hour out of the way to drop off, added two hours around trip to my journey , place was dangerous and no drop box. Spend andother hour figuring out what to do with the van key, uhaul hung up on me so I used another phone to call again. And I was charged more for having to drop off the van there!!!! Never will I use uhaul again or recommend itMaria B.
