The attendant was helpful and the storage unit was clean and what you would expect. The only feedback is that there was some garbage that could have been cleaned up near the elevators and washroom.

Made reservation over the phone. Specifically asked if the location would be open as it was a holiday. Rented a truck, loaded it up, got to the storage place and...it was closed

Your description is wrong. It says 1st floor rv/vehicle storage drive through access, roll-up door on your web, but there is no door. They are outside parking spaces.
