The staff didn’t know how to check me out of the system. And then when I got in the van, the rear view mirror had TAGGING on it so I couldn’t see out of it!

The truck had a dent on the side when I picked it up, and I brought it to their attention, and I took photos and they still tried to say that they were gonna charge me for and commit insurance fraud
