Great customer service! I did not have to wait long to get the truck and check-in was very smooth. I ended up needing to keep the truck several hours longer than anticipated and they worked with me. I’ve rented U-Hauls from a few locations and so far this experience was the best. I will be returning and sending others.

VINCENT OThis location is amazing everything went smoothly. My complaint is about the U-Haul location at 1090 US-67, Cedar Hill, TX 75104. Nesha, the self-identified manager is lazy. I left a detailed google review but to summarize she lied and said we must use the app to check in and we could not do it at the counter. Despite your website clearly giving me the option. She said she had NO mechanism for even processing DL, come on, that’s a bold lie! It’s a U-Haul branch. She said she wouldn’t rent out to someone if they had no smart phone. She cancelled my reservation and called the police on me. Basically she was lazy and did not want to go outside in the cold. Never going to a U-Haul branch again.
