I was helped without issue
BOBBY HEquipment was not in truck and no manager on duty to help. Cab not very clean. Check in through app did not work. A loud high frequency buzz occurred in dashboard at speeds over 65.
WILLIAM MI picked up at night and this location has excellent lighting. I felt very safe as it is also a high traffic area. Easy access to the keys. Fantastic location for using your phone to pick up!
WILLIAM HI asked for full service in person help. They sent me there with no help from location.
