Kind of not friendly. Employee told me I could look for my invoice in my email instead of checking the returned truck and letting me know if I was going to be charged more or not. It would have been helpful to have that information within minutes, instead of waiting.

After reading other reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect. I went in with an open mind and my experience was flawless. The young man that waited on me explained all my questions. The vehicle was as advertised and clean. I used the online system which sped things up and check in was seamless. I'll be using them again in the near future.

Disgusting in every way. Truck was filthy, lights for truck needing maintenance were on. The car lot is dangerous to park the truck and your own car. Staff was rude and they charged an extra day rental, I had the truck for 3 hours. When I tried to dispute it no one will contact me. Now my credit card company has to dispute the charge. I have used U-Haul a lot for my industry but I will never use this location EVER. Stay Away!!!!!

It was important for me to get an early start, so I reserved the truck for a 6:45 pickup. When I got there, I was unable to check-in via the online app. I was later told that I had been 'locked out' because I had arrived late. Had I been able to check-in and retrieve the truck keys on time, I still would have had to wait for U-Haul personnel to arrive because... * Appliance dolly which I had reserved was not in the truck * Only 6 moving blankets were in the truck, I had reserved 12. I never did get the other 6 blankets even after the U-Haul guy showed up, he said they were low on blankets So, all in all, a very bad experience with U-Haul. I'll be looking elsewhere next time I need a rental truck.

Be more transparent to customers. I called hours before i was supposed to pick up the truck rental to check on the reservation. Associate told me everything was fine when apparently it wasn't. I didn't receive a follow up call to let me konw that my truck wouldn't be ready when I arrived. I had to go down to the shop twice. I missed a day of moving.

Overall satisfied with the location and equipment. I am very disappointed in Uhaul's scheduling. I asked to have a truck at certain time, but the time was changed by Uhaul's scheduling, which made me have to change my plans. This is not customer service in my opinion.

I had ordered pads, which the website showed were available, but an earlier renter ended up with them. Truck was somewhat dirty in cab and in truck bed, but nothing I couldn't live with. The 10' truck was exactly the right size for the queen size bed, two-seater sofa, and kitchen table.chairs, as well as boxes. It was easier to drive than I expected, and the many mirrors made backing and parking straightforward. Rayman's was helpful and informative, and I would return there to rent another truck if I needed one.

Floor boards in the van were muddy and not clean, but with the self check-in I was able to take a picture to prove it wasn’t me. Self checkin the first time is a little hairy, but well worth it.

Our only gripe is that we were able to request furniture pads on our reservation, but our pickup location did not have any available. Had we known this ahead of time we would have made accomodations but it left us stuck to improvise that day. bummer!

It took a lot longer than I thought it would. Not sure why , but i thought signing up for the self whatever was just putting the info into the system prior to make check out quicker. The clerk was very rude and unhelpful when I didn't understand what I had to do.

When I went to pick up the van today the gentleman was rude to me. He gave me the key and said the van is right outside. I asked if it was the one we could see from the window and his response was don't you see that's the only one that's out there and I said I didn't know if there were some in the back. When my mom called to let them know we might be bringing it back a tad after the time I said in the morning he was also rude to her also

I went to the trouble to make a reservation and specifically declined any insurance coverage or extras. Should have been an easy transaction. Waited quite a while for the owner to pull up my reservation. By the time he was finished manipulating it on his computer 15 minutes later, my $73 trailer rental turned into a $99 trailer rental after he added extra insurance I didn't need. When I saw the bill and challenged it with my reservation, he said he could take the insurance off and do it over but he would have to start from scratch - another 15 minute wait. On a Friday afternoon at 5 pm, I didn't feel like waiting again. Unethical in my opinion.

In general the experience was good but the length of time required to to the online self pick up was too long. I would advise people do this type of pick up to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to pick up time. The truck did have some damage to it and it wasn't exceptionally clean but also wasn't terrible either.
