Facilty was undertaking a remodel it looked like to me. No one would give me any attention to do anything more than to say we are busy, drop the trailer at the end of a row of trailers and we will come out and help. No one came out to assist, so I did it myself. Went back in the facility, and a different assistant advised we are busy, we will look at the trailer later and send me an electronic reciept, which they did about 24 hours later. Good quality trailer, worked very well.

A mix-up occurred about the return location of the equipment. The original return site (the location where we rented the equipment) sent us to a different location to return the equipment. The situation was resolved and Uhaul got their equipment returned to them.

Did not provide the type of truck I rented nor inform me on unavailability. Reserved 17 ft n Was told I can be given only 15 ft while picking up. Requested to find a 17 ft nearby locations meanwhile the available 15ft was booked by another customer. Just a mess!

The truck we used was in decent shape and got the job done. The only issue was the gas gauge. The truck was at 3/4 full and I was asked to return at 3/4 full. I ended up putting over $30 in gas for driving less than 30 miles because the gauge is evidently broken and does not read to full.

Improving your computers and internet so the contracts could load within 10 minutes would probably be helpful.

I'm a little frustated with the resveration system(not the with any one location). The time that customer selects on the site is not the acutal pick up time for the equipment. Its a preferred time. I would suggest make the resveration system based on when a truck(s) are available(specfically the time), not a preferred pickup time. I made a reversation to pickup at 8am, but was told I had to pickup at 10am (plus drive to a differnt location). Furthmore, I was told there were not trucks available at 8am. However, I went by the location the night before pickup and there were two truck( the sixe I needed) sitting on the lot.

There were 2 people ahead of me and I expected a 15 minute wait. But to my surprise, the gentlemen at the counter was polite, courteous and efficient. He was able to multi-task and got all 3 of processed in less than 5 minutes. when I returned the truck, he was out there before I had finished backing in the truck. Again he was polite, courteous and efficient and we were out of there in a couple of minutes. Thank you for a very favorable experience.

Truck would NOT exceed 45 mph uphill on the freeway. This complicated my return trip from Kentucky. How does Uhaul plan to compensate me for this dangerous inconvenience?

The man checking me out was complaining about the system being down and that his area manager wouldn't help him. He was grumpy and complaining the whole time. I also didn't feel safe. Nobody at the location was wearing face masks (which protect others).

I started out at the Johnson Equipment Rental / U-Haul . Worse experience of my life! So, I left and went to the Only Way To Go/ U-Haul. I would not recommend U - Haul.

Your website didnt work at all to check in. Had to go inside which took another 10 minutes because his system wasnt working. His customer service was completely lacking. Ised the van for under 1 1/2 hours. Went to return and took us 35 minutes to try and use the site of two different types of phones. Nothing was easy about this, it was almost double what I thought the cost would be. I would not recommend uhaul to anyone.

Although not the fault of the pick-up location...I had reserved truck using the smart phone app. It worked terribly. It got hung up in middle of process. Had to call in for service to get through it and it took over an hour to finally get possession of the truck and on my way. Pick up location said they could offer no help if I reserved through app. There should be a way for pick up location to check out truck if there is a problem with the app.

I can think of nothing to improve. This time renting a UHaul was amazingly simple, fast and painless. My hat goes off to everyone at this location. I will be using them again.

this has nothing to do with the location and everything to do with the mobile pickup. it crashes even 2 seconds and was so infuriating. The guy who works at the business was incredibly nice and helped us after we had been struggling with disconnections on the website for 45 minutes.

It was nice that an employee came out to receive the truck so I did not have to go inside the store. Important under present circumstances. See my comments on lack of phone charger in truck. This employee did not know if this particular truck had charger.

The van looked as if a midget wrestling team went inside and partied for a week straight and no one decided to clean it. No one informed us that we were not going to have a ramp for our van to use along side the team being very creepy.

The truck was not ready. Refilled the gas that I used and the location still charged me 63.00 for fuel. Then when I called so discuss they did not answer another location did and he assured me someone would call right away and no one has called. Disputing entire charge with my bank. Horrible horrible customer service!!!!

Trucks could definitely be cleaner on the inside and sprayed with Lysol. Also, feel that U-Haul is sneaky in the way they charge for truck rental, .99 cents a mile, and then waited until I came to pick the truck up tell me that I also need to put gas back in it. .99 cents a mile plus gas is insane! We won't use U-Haul again or refer anybody. They should tell you this when you reserve the truck.

Make sure trailer doesn't have slick residue on the trailer so peoples items won't possibly slip and fall over like mine did. The gentleman running the location was very respectful and nice.

An additional sign in the window would help in convincing people they were in the right location. It looks like only a Scooter store from the parking lot and on the inside. The ONE small outside sign on the awning does not convince someone that they are in the right place. Besides that, everything else went great. Polite & professional service. Quality & well maintained vehicle. Quick in & out rental. Reasonable rate.

This, again, was not a U-haul service center. It was a salesroom for scooters. The return process was very tedious and time-consuming.

They did not have any Uhaul Dollys; however, he had one for his shop that he said he would allow us to borrow; however, it had flat tires.. then he charged us $7. Also we stopped at the gas station 1 block from the location and put in $8.10 in gas to make sure it was at the 7/8 mark; yet, we were charged for 4 gallons of gas, which was $16. Also, we only needed a one-way truck and he told us we HAD TO RETURN IT TO THE SAME LOCATION. He did not call the next closest store to get a one-way truck; therefore we had to pay DOUBLE the price!

After asking if anything else was needing to be paid and being told “absolutely Not all good to go” I was charged $57.85 then had to call to find out why?!? I now have to wait 5 business day to get my money back even tho I should of never been charged it in the first place due to being given wrong information in the first place over the phone, online, pick up all the way to drop off! Was ridiculous! This was only my second time using the uhal company both times problems with quotes/ communication will never use uhal again if I can help it definitely will never recommend it.

U haul has a mileage of 12 gallons i drove only 15 miles and refueled it with one gallon why i am charged with 3 gallons if fuel? Will never rent u haul again so wont recommend it to my friends

I was charged over $9. for fuel when I actually returned the truck with more fuel than when I picked it up. The truck I reserved was not available so they gave me a larger truck; but they could only let me have the truck for 19 hours. I would appreciate it if the fuel charge was refunded.

Not informed that the auto trailer could not be detached to load truck...seriously expect us to load a 26ft truck with a car trailer attached?! This issue was addressed and taken care of unlike the rest of the issues. False advertisement is when you promise a month free storage with 26ft one way truck to obtain clients then say oops sorry there's no available storage but 10x10x8...to fit a packed 26ft truck...impossible. And uhaul staff tells us “I didn't do it it's not my problem I can't help you.” I WILL be posting reviews about your false advertisement. Also, when we arrived to drop off the auto trailer, the destination uhaul staff informed us that the trailer was attached wrong and illegally. What if someone would have been killed?! Unprofessional staff who don't care about clients. I have now paid for storage at a different facility.

Pick up location changed 3 times, didn't get the tow I asked for a week in advance. Being charged for miles I didn't use, three days after I returned truck. Still have not heard back about the fifth phone call I made to clear up these issues. After numerous conversations, multiple transfers each time, I still have no information on how uhaul will clear this up.

The location is horribly marked. The passenger tie down strap was ripped and not functional, luckily I had my own ratchet straps and was able to use them.
