Drop off was confusing. Wasted mileage driving around the drop off. From pick up to drop off this U-Haul experience was horrible

MARK FEasily identifiable drop off box for after hours drop off. Very easy to find in main road.
SARAH HI would be happy to increase this rating, but I rented 5 or 6 vans for less than a week and was charged the full price. The charges should be prorated based on the rental period ending on 10/20/25. However, the statements I'm seeing do not reflect that adjustment.
