I wasn't greeted when i walked in. It's a mom and pop, slightly dated, resale store. I asked if this was the UHaul drop location, she looked at me like i had 2 heads, and slowly said, 'yea.....'. I was NOT given a reassuring feeling that i was in the correct spot. So i said so. She said, 'oh, i just didnt realize we had a truck coming in for drop off.' And then a another woman in a back room started barking out the letters of my last name, confirming I was indeed in the correct spot. Just a little odd, the whole situation.

SEM CInstructions made it seem like the key pickup was in the front of the building, not the back of the truck. When I tried calling for help nobody answered. I had to call U-Haul customer service for assistance, and ended up freezing outside for 30 min before getting the keys. The truck was also covered with snow, with no way of pushing it off.
