I had an appointment at 2 pm and the person was not there. Took for ever to get the trailer and the person never showed up and had to complete the business with someone else over the phone.

Patricia P.They never checked in my trailer. They said the guy wasn't there and he would do it later. Days later I'm getting phone calls saying I never turned in trailer even though I did. Based on this location I will probably never rent from uhaul again
kristopher C.Dropped off the the trailer a few days early. A week after dropping off, I got a call from UHaul insurance asking if I returned the trailer. The good thing I took pictures returning the trailer at the location also showing the unit number. ALSO poor service.
Chayan G.Not exactly sure what happened with my rental but I used the unit in January. I returned it within 24 hours, but not actually checked back in until today 3 months later. The guy from uhaul that called me was very polite and helpful. But the place I got the unit from never tried to contact me.
