Great place to rent feom

Doing everything via the app was not faster-we had to stand outside in the rain while "unlocking" the truck in order to "bypass the line" like the app said. Just to have to stand in a line of customers getting their uhaul truck and had to wait just the same. Ended up being a 45 minute process when we were under the impression that doing it online via the app would be much faster due to the promise of the app. The wheel well was so damaged that it jutted out so far that it actually caught on a power line and blew a transformer causing a blackout in our neighborhood-so we had to deal with that while in the midst of moving. Rented/reserved a dolly-no dolly was available. The app did not work while dropping off the truck and would not find out precise location. Called Support and they said just do it online and would not need to find the location. It still did-it was still incorrect. Also was told I would get a follow up call about the charges, no call, just our card was charged. Overall not a great experience.

The rental truck was in terrible condition. It looked like a vehicle that had participated in a demolition derby. The outwardly appearance made me question the safety of the vehicle. Will not rent from this location again based upon the condition of the equipment.

Uhaul mobile pick up app did not work correctly, and telephone customer service was unhelpful, and aggressive. Online customer service was much more helpful. I requested a recording of my conversation with phone service rep and did not receive until I requested a 2nd time. In the past uhaul had been my "go to" for any move, but I think I will shop around for other options with future needs based on this experience. The vehicle itself, was good, and the price fair. My only issue is with the ease of pickup and dropoff, and the lack of concern or care from the customer service.

Kelly at southport U haul sent me to the wrong location as she did not have a big truck. You should get all locations a list of cell phones or answerable phone numbers for communications between the stores so WE DONT HAVE TO DRIVED ALL OVER AND THEN FIND OUT ITS THE WRONG PLACE.

Uhauls reservation system sucks. I needed a trailer I knew "Only Way to Go " had, but the reservation system would not let me choose it.Required a visit to the facility, two phone calls, and two failed on line attempts to register. In the end it left me trusting the people at the store to have the trailer available on the day I needed it. The folks at Only Way to Go were great. UHaul 's reservation system caused me to WANT BADLY to rent from these guys. They deserve better.
